I got a deep light therapy pad for myself last week. It worked twice and now the lights don't light up. It gets power as the light works on the on/off button, but none of the infared lights light up. What can we do so I can get a new one please?

A new in line controller was supplied by manufacturer and put on the USA warranty list.
